How to use the platform
For Donors
- Browse people in need on the People page or the Aid Map.
- Click Donate, choose an amount and purpose.
- Your contribution goes directly to that person's own bank account — Sahana never holds your donation.
- Always verify the person's details by phone with our team before sending money.
- See updates and proof shared by the community on the Transparency page.
For Volunteers
- Log in and open your Volunteer Dashboard.
- Use Add Person to submit someone who needs help — admin reviews before publishing.
- Track your submissions under My Submissions.
- Edit your profile, photo, and download your Membership Card under Profile.
- Use Support to contact the admin team with any issue.
For Sponsors
- Visit the Sponsor Donation page.
- Choose a Weekly or Monthly plan (or a custom amount).
- Fill in your company details and upload your logo.
- Submit via Bank Transfer — once approved, your banner appears on the Sponsor page.
